		<description>You are right on about the HS kids coming to practice goofy... When sara skips it looks athletic and &quot;right&quot; when my 6&#039;3&quot; HS boys are skipping they look weird, awkward and just &quot;wrong&quot;... I leave the skipping warmups to the small girl distance runners... (since the boys wont do it right, they shouldnt have to do it at all... there are lots of other things to warm up with)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;thanks</description>
