Anatomy of a Workout 005

Part 4 of the series, this videos shows the exercises that comprise the 3rd and 4th sets of the circuit. Let me know if you like music or me narrating…I get sick of hearing myself narrate, but the music isn’t a perfect fit either. Please let me know if you have an opinion.

    The Blue Devils (Westfield HS, NJ) have been doing a lot of your stuff ( and Mike Smith's stuff) this season and the boys (125 in all) are getting stronger. I would like to send a video of the love. Now that the weather is getting better we should be able to shoot some decent stuff.

    Thanks for the pdf file it will be quite useful. Read your tweet on Knudson and his philosophy is totally opposite your old coach and boss. It seems Knudson's philosophy is strongly influence by Frank Horwill's 5 pace theory that Peter Coe used. What do you think?
