		<description>Hey Jay, I&#039;m sure most of us are very interested in knowing the reasoning behind the choice of races and when.  I&#039;m also sure that most of us that coach are also thinking long term with our athletes and look to develop the strength and speed it will take for our athletes to compete at a higher level every year.  Wish I could be in Eugene but we&#039;ve got USATF Junior Olympic qualifying rounds this weekend, got to be there for that.  Thanks for all the suggestions and helping me help my athletes to the next level.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Frank</description>
