Coaching Education Video 001

This video will no doubt need some explaination, yet we’ll use the comments to illuminate the finer points of the video. What you need to know is that one of our “rotating stations” during the Boulder Running Camps is coming into the lecture hall and choosing an asinine phrase, such as “Sprinters are Lazy,” and then I go off on a point that I want to make to the campers. The other rotating stations are no doubt cooler – Q&A with CU’s athletic trainer, discussion of college life with college runners/students or discussion of the recruiting process with former college coaches – but this is the video you’re stuck with.

I don't really have anything to add except that this is one of my favorite video's you've done. I saw this a week or so ago and loved it.

I really think there is a gap of understanding between sprinters and distance runners on both ends of the spectrum. The same can be said between sprint coaches and distance coaches.

Good stuff. I actually had high school kids doing the plyo accels in a basketball gym today, came home and then watched this video. Trippy.
