Up-Regulate HGH and Testosterone in less than 5 minutes

This workout is simple. Get a kettlebell, do the exercises in the video. That’s it.

The one exercise I left out of the video is the Turkish get up. Great general strength exercise. Five reps of the Turkish get up on each side is a nice amount of work for the novice.

You buy a Kettlebell for $30-$40. A worthwhile tool when you only have a handful of minutes after your run for general strength.

Once again, nice video Jay.  Just curious what kind of looks you get while you're on the side of the road swinging that kettle bell or doing other such crazy looking stuff.

Jay, I believe I heard Vern Gambetta say in an interview that doing this sort of strengthwork after a run does NOT raise hormone levels.  Would you mind trying to get his thoughts on this?  I'd think it makes perfect sense that one would get a that shot of HGH, etc. post run but don't know the science on if that boost would go into any of your running muscles per se.
