Running to your potential

If you want to race to your potential then you need to confront the following reality.

You will have to endure a great deal of discomfort during the race, yet simultaneously you will have to find a way to relax.  So Race Fast and Stay Relaxed.  That’s the goal in a race.

..and then, of course, kick at the end.
